PRODUCTS DETAILS
T-Shirt / Sweatshirt / Hoodie are runs true to size. If you want to get an oversized like the model, please size up for 1 or 2 size.
If you want to add or change anything on the existing design that we show in the display picture, please contact the seller from the message box.
SHIPPING TIME
Our goal is to process and ship all orders promptly, usually within 3-4 business days. Please allow up to 7 days for processing during high-demand periods.
If you want to change anything of the order, please send us a message within 12 hours after placing order. After that, your request will not be resolved.
All orders are shipped from the US. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a notification with the tracking number and a link to the tracking website, making it easy to follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We stand behind our products and accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
You receive the wrong product
Your order contains the wrong size
The product arrives damaged
The printing is incorrect or different from your order
If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us, weâll resend your items at no additional cost.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our products are printed using the latest DGT Technology with water-based, organic, and non-toxic inks. They are 100% vegan-friendly, containing no animal by-products, and safe for infants and babies.
Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Avoid fabric softeners.
To extend the life of your product, tumble dry on low or hang dry.
Cool the iron inside-out if needed, avoiding ironing directly on the decoration.
Do not dry clean.
